Last Day to Collect Your Race Kit as the Official Village Opens for the 34th Edition of L'Étape du Tour de France

Today marks the last opportunity for participants to collect their race kits and bib numbers, complete their final technical checks, explore the official expo, meet the event's partners and exhibitors, and attend the route briefings before tomorrow's start. Tomorrow, Sunday, July 19, approximately 16,000 cyclists will line up for the 34th edition of L'Étape du Tour de France, the world's most iconic amateur cycling event. Every year, riders from across the globe travel to France for the unique opportunity to race on the exact roads of the Tour de France under fully closed-road conditions, experiencing the atmosphere, organization, and challenge reserved for the professionals.

This year's course promises to be one of the most demanding in recent history. Covering approximately 170 kilometers with more than 5,400 meters of elevation gain, the route features four legendary Alpine climbs—Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Télégraphe, Col du Galibier, and Col de Sarenne—before finishing atop the iconic Alpe d'Huez, one of cycling's most legendary summit finishes.

Since its creation in 1993, L'Étape du Tour de France has become the ultimate dream for amateur cyclists.
